1. Nature of the service
PrestaKick is a software platform that provides Artificial Intelligence (AI) features such as a Virtual Assistant (Chatbot), Smart Search, and Product Recommendations, designed to operate alongside your PrestaShop store. Please note: • PrestaKick does not replace your core commerce platform. We do not manage inventory, process orders, arrange shipping, or collect payments from your end customers (Shoppers). • Our service acts as an additional utility layer intended to improve the customer experience and increase sales.
2. Registration and account management
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. Each store on PrestaKick may have only one primary owner (Shop Owner). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any action performed through your account will be considered an action performed by you. You may invite staff members to help manage your store on PrestaKick, and you are responsible for actions taken by team members to whom you grant access.
3. Billing and subscription
Payment partner: The entire subscription process, credit card processing, and invoicing are handled through our secure international payment partner, LemonSqueezy. PrestaKick does not directly collect or store your card information. Automatic renewal: Unless you have a lifetime plan, monthly and annual plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Cancellation: You may cancel renewal at any time through the dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.
4. Use of AI technology and disclaimer
PrestaKick uses advanced Artificial Intelligence technologies. However, AI analyzes language probabilistically, and therefore: • AI may occasionally provide answers that are not completely accurate. We provide tools that allow you to review chat history and directly intervene by taking over the conversation (Human Takeover) when necessary. • You are responsible for your store's sales policies, pricing, and product information. PrestaKick is not legally liable for business losses, lost revenue, or shopper claims arising from responses provided by the AI Assistant.
5. Data and ownership
Your data: You retain full ownership of all product data, articles, and customer information belonging to your store. We synchronize and use this data only so the AI Assistant can advise your customers accurately. Your data will NEVER be used to train shared AI models belonging to third parties. Prestakick property: The software platform, algorithms, Widget source code, and dashboard designs are the intellectual property of PrestaKick. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell our service in any form.
6. Usage limits (Quotas)
Your subscription plan may include specific usage limits, such as the number of AI messages or searches per month. If you exceed these limits, we may temporarily suspend AI features until you upgrade your plan or begin a new billing cycle. PrestaKick will always send a warning before the system reaches its usage limit.
7. Suspension and termination
By you: You may stop using the service and remove your store from the PrestaKick system at any time. By us: PrestaKick may suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these terms, committed payment fraud, or used the AI system to distribute harmful or unlawful content.
