PrestaKick adds AI features to the existing PrestaShop store. You still manage products, orders, payments, inventory and shipping in PrestaShop.
What PrestaKick provides
- AI Assistant answers questions about products, orders, and policies. Staff can take over the conversation when needed.
- Semantic Search helps customers find products even when the words they enter do not match the product name.
- Vision Search allows customers to upload photos to find similar products.
- Related products appear under Product recommendations (Recommendations).
- Analytics summarizes chat, search and recommendation activity, as well as orders attributed to those interactions.
Available features depend on the store's plan and quotas.
The three places you will use
The PrestaKick module in PrestaShop connects the store, synchronizes data, configures the Widget and enables selected features.
The Widget on your website is the chat panel customers use. The module adds it to the website after you enable and save the configuration.
The PrestaKick Dashboard at https://prestakick.com is where you manage shops, members, AI settings, reports and plans.
PrestaKick is not a replacement for PrestaShop
You still perform sales tasks in PrestaShop, including:
- Create and process orders.
- Manage prices, inventory and shipping.
- Collect payments and issue refunds.
- Change the website's design and content.
PrestaKick reads the data you allow it to use for AI features and reporting. Your PrestaShop store will continue to work if you stop using PrestaKick.
Common terms
- Shop: the data space for one PrestaShop store in PrestaKick.
- Connected: means the module has saved valid connection information.
- Sync: means transferring data between PrestaShop and PrestaKick.
- Widget: means the chat panel displayed on the storefront.
