The Dashboard displays products, categories and CMS pages synchronized from PrestaShop.
What data is managed where
Prices, inventory, descriptions and original sales information are managed in PrestaShop. To change this data, edit it in PrestaShop and wait for synchronization.
PrestaKick can save additional AI-only information, such as highlights, tags, and display options. Changing these fields does not correct the original data in PrestaShop.
Products, categories and CMS pages
- Products: view synchronized products and AI-specific information.
- Categories: view the category structure as a list or tree.
- CMS pages: view content pages that the assistant can use as sources.
If the product or policy page lacks content, the assistant may respond generically or not find relevant information.
Regenerate embeddings
An embedding is a data representation that helps the system compare product content by meaning or visual similarity. Embeddings are usually created automatically after products are synchronized.
Managers and owners can regenerate embeddings when:
- Product content has changed but AI results have not been updated.
- The system asks for an embedding to be regenerated.
- A specific product needs to be reprocessed after a synchronization error.
You can regenerate an embedding for one product or run a bulk job. Monitor the job status and do not submit it again while it is running.
Hide products from AI
PrestaKick-specific display options allow excluding a product from AI results without removing the product from PrestaShop.
After changing your preferences, check your search or suggestions again to confirm the results.
Manual sync
Open Data sync on the Dashboard to view status and request resynchronization. A manager or owner can run this operation.

Each data type can only be synchronized manually at the permitted frequency. If the message says the limit is once per hour, wait before trying again.
When the job reports Failed, open the details to see the reason before running again.
