PrestaKick displays customers and orders synchronized from PrestaShop. This data helps link chat, search and recommendation activity to the purchasing process.
Customers
The Customers section shows synchronized customer records. Depending on your permissions, you can see:
- Basic customer information.
- Related orders.
- Linked conversations.
Full identity information is only visible to roles with the appropriate permissions.
If you see No shop found. Please connect a shop first., check the selected shop and connect the module. If the page fails to load, try again and see if the problem continues.
Orders
The Orders section displays orders in read-only mode. Create, edit, refund and process orders in PrestaShop.
When enough data is available, PrestaKick can link orders to earlier chat, search or recommendation activity. Reports use these links to calculate revenue attributed to AI interactions.
Not all orders can be linked. For example, customers can change devices, clear browser data, or make purchases without interacting with AI features.
GDPR data erasure
Managers and above can use GDPR erase on customer records. This operation requires re-authentication and cannot be undone.
Before confirmation:
- Confirm that you selected the correct shop.
- Confirm that you selected the correct customer.
- Read the confirmation on the screen.
- Complete the required authentication step.
The system deletes personal data according to the procedure and retains records necessary for data integrity.
Data separation
Data of each shop is processed within that shop. When managing multiple shops, check the shop you're selecting before searching for customers, viewing orders, or running GDPR operations.
