How revenue attribution works
When enough data is available, PrestaKick links a synchronized order to an earlier chat, search or recommendation interaction.
Guests interact with AI features

Customers add products and place orders in PrestaShop

The report records the link when enough signals are available
Not every order can be linked. Customers may change devices, clear browser data or buy without using an AI feature. Attributed revenue should therefore not be treated as the full impact of AI.
Track AI usage
AI usage & costs shows usage over time, including messages, searches, image searches and credits.
Compare usage with the quotas under Billing & subscription. If you often approach a limit, review your plan before a high-traffic period.
Use search reports to improve content
- Choose a time period long enough to have representative data.
- Find queries that have no results or are rarely selected.
- Check if the store has suitable products.
- Edit product name, description or attributes in PrestaShop.
- Wait for synchronization or run synchronization manually if necessary.
- Compare again after more data is available.
When the report is empty or different from expectations
Check:
- The correct shop and time period are selected.
- The module is not Offline.
- Orders and related data have been synchronized.
- The widget or feature to be measured has been enabled.
- Time zone and date filter.
- Whether internal tests are affecting the data.
If the data still does not update, see .
