Billing and plans

For owners who manage plans and AI credits.

Open Settings → Billing & subscription to see your current plan, usage, billing, and AI credits. Members can view according to granted permissions, but only owners can change plans or payments.
PrestaKick uses LemonSqueezy to process payments. Card information is entered on LemonSqueezy's payment page, not directly into PrestaKick.
Plans
Available plans:

Prices and limits may change. Refer to the plan table currently shown on the Dashboard for the latest information.
Change or cancel a plan
Common operations:
- Change plan: choose another package.
- Continue to payment: opens the LemonSqueezy payment page.
- Upgrade: moves to a higher plan.
- Cancel: requests cancellation of the next renewal.
- Resume: continues a plan scheduled for cancellation, if it is still eligible.
- Manage billing: opens LemonSqueezy's payment management portal.
Some operations require the owner to re-authenticate. Carefully read the validity date and amount on the confirmation screen before continuing.
Subscription status
- Active: the subscription is active.
- Trialing: the subscription is in its trial period.
- Past due: payment is overdue.
- Cancelled: canceled.
- Expired: the subscription has expired.
- Paused: the subscription is paused.
- Pending: the subscription is awaiting confirmation.
If payment fails, update the payment method in Manage billing and follow the instructions on the Dashboard.
Usage
The Usage this month section compares current usage with the plan limits. Metrics may include:
- AI credits and AI messages.
- Search volume and image searches.
- Synchronized products.
- Number of product suggestions.
- Number of stores and members.
- Image storage and uploads.
The Near limit label means a metric is approaching its limit. Open the plan details to decide whether to reduce usage, buy more credits or upgrade.
Buy additional AI credits
Owners can select Buy AI credits or Buy credits to purchase more. Additional credits are valid for 365 days from their issue date.
Credits history records purchases, usage, refunds and expirations. When credits or monthly limits are exhausted, the relevant feature may be paused until additional limits are available.
Invoices
The Invoices section displays each invoice's date, amount and status. Select Download invoice when you need a copy.
Possible states include Paid, Failed, Refunded, Void, Draft and Open.
Limited features
- Image search and image uploads require the Starter plan or higher.
- Product recommendations require the Launch plan or higher.
- Revenue reporting and advanced features depend on the package.
- Number of stores, members, products and photo capacity are limited.
If you downgrade your plan, your current usage must match the new plan's limits.
